Up until now I believed drinking milk is healthy, my mom said that, teachers said that etc. But last night my gf sent me a video that basically says "milk is actually bad for your health!" Now, the video looks quite suspicious because it seems like it was made for vegan propoganda; there are exaggarations, there are appeal to emotions (like when they talk about some substances in milk they show a suffering/hurt cow etc), there are some misguiding informations etc. But when I searched in web I also came across a lot of website say that. Is there a scientific consensus on milk consumption? Is it healthy or unhealthy in general?
