I know this is a weird question but I've started counting calories and keeping track of what I eat to hit my macros. I can measure one hamburger patty, one chick fil a sandwich, but I can't measure the eggs I get at my cafeteria.
If I pickup a plate of eggs (about 10-11 inches wide) like this, how many servings are in that and about how many calories and how much protein does that contain? My reasoning is that if I can get most of my protein intake in eggs I won't need to buy protein powder and can save that bit of money.
