Let's say I find a treasure chest or bill gates gives me 500 million dollars. Can I be arrested for having that much money?

And

How do bribes work? If I give someone $20 to let me into a club, couldn't he take my money let me in then kick me out because I'm not supposed to be there while keeping my money?

Another example, lets say I fail a test and bribe my teacher for a good grade. Last day of the grading period they swap the grade to what I originally had while taking my money. Seems that bribes can easily go wrong/not in your favor.
