How does this stray cat know where I live?

I live in a town home. There are 10 houses on each row. We have quite a few stray cats in the neighborhood and I feed them from time to time. There is one little Tabby cat that knows exactly where I live. I never feed them or interact with them near my house because my mom and brother hate cats. I always go to the end of the houses near the dumpster, but how does this kitty know exactly where I live.
Every time I open the door, it's at the door rolling around and purring.
