How do I get a girlfriend?

Title says it all. I'm 22, male.
I'm fat (10lbs overweight), a mature hairline for my age, pretty dumb, antisocial, I lack confidence, I'm dorky, unintelligent, and perpetually broke.
But— I don't plan to be a loser forever. One day I will own a game development company and write SFF novels. I'm also 6'3, which helps.
I'm trying to get back into the dating scene. No apps. I want to meet people IRL.
Any advice? Don't be afraid to be honest.
