I got this check from my credit union back in my old state for closing out my account and I can't cash it.
My bank is fully online. Because I don't get direct deposit in my account of over 1k a month they do not allow me to make online check deposits.
I took it to Walmart and the lady ran it through the machine and it denied it. I asked why, she said idk and handed it back to me, that's it. I also tried the Walmart ATM and it had no option for depositing a check either.
Would Walmart deny it because it's from a different state 3k miles away? It's not hand written it's a printed check and I had the stub as well. I cashed a different check at Walmart and had no issues where Albertsons rejected it because I didn't have the stub.
Where else can I try ?
