Is there a problem if I drink a lot of caffeine?
Post Body

On a weekend like today I might make myself 800ml of french press coffee, a latte, and a half pot (maybe 800ml) of green tea. This is a heavier consumption day for me but sometimes I go hard like this.

I do not feel my sleep is adversely affected. Caffeine does not affect my anxiety. Caffeine does not give me "the shits" on its own. I can find no short term negatives so far, though I usually try to cut myself off at around 4pm or so.

That said, I'm more concerned about long term health. I'm a young adult male, sedentary in recent months, with no health conditions that I know of. Is there any long term hazard to consuming a lot of caffeine?
