My car got totaled last year beginning of December. They deemed it totaled and gave me my estimate of how much I will get for my Car sent paperwork in the mail. The month of December they inspected it went through the process etc and the 7th of January said it would be 7-10 business days to get my pay out . it’s now the end of January (23 days) and I still haven’t got any payment yet. I’ve called them and they keep saying they working as fast as they can and finalizing paperwork...I call every other day. It’s the general insurance. Does anybody know the next steps and why it’s taking so long going on two months now? I’ve been patient and making my way but I need a new car now .
