If someone at work has a slightly messy haircut do you feel like you lose respect for them because of that?

Not messy as in dirty. Messy as in it's not combed very neatly if that makes sense. Do you lose respect for someone at work because of that?
For example, a haircut like the guy John Krasinski from the show The Office. My hair is a little like that guy's hair. Mine is shorter though and more straight. So, I'm curious if it matters basically.
