Manual control of eyes helps not getting blurry vision?
Post Body
Is having the ability to manually focus and unfocus your eyes help you with vision problems? Or are they unrelated? Because my brother and I have been staring at screens playing video games and watching movies at night in the dark and in the morning but his eyesight got affected first compared to mine when I've stared at monitors and screens longer than him. On occasion though I get blurred vision but I manually fix them right after.
