Is it standard to start going senile during mid 60s?

I noticed a family member of this age shows these signs pretty much on a daily basis, for example would do things like:

1) puts phone in pocket moments earlier then forget and start looking for it around the house

2) wants to order a cheese burger but accidentally orders a chicken sandwich (let’s say in this scenario they didn’t just change their mind)

3) forgets the names of common countries (actually the country of this persons favorite food, India)

And things like that
