Do you really need to cut your hair regularly to keep them healthy?
Post Body

Hi! I had an existential crisis 1.5 year ago and chopped all my hair, from waist length to short bob... Huge mistake!

Since then i didn't touch them and they are growing quite good, i finally start to recognize myself again. But i wonder if it's really necessary to trim them a bit once in a while for better growing or if that's actually a urban legend. Every inch counts and i don't want to lose any length, I'm traumatised 😆

Thanks 😊🙏
