Is there an academic/career guidance warm line I can call to chat with someone about my future?

Just posting on subreddits is not enough. I really need someone to talk to about my specific case and desire.
I’m inclined to call the career center at my old university, but idk if they accept convos from Alums and I also feel like they’d heavily recommend me to attend their graduate programs over other schools
