How to motivate yourself to workout?

I’ll admit a lot of this stems from desires to date.

Odds are it won’t move the needle that much, but a 5% percentage up is a percentage up.

I’m aware I’m incredibly late to the game. Most my age have had relationships.

I feel an anxious urgency which could help. I just want something even if I eventually I break her heart, when I tell her I just don’t want to answer the marriage question right now and I just wanna have fun.

If even 5% lucky my first relationships could be like this. Then I’m 38 and on relationship 5 and finally satisfied and only then, okay I’ll bite.

But I digress. Any tips on how I can workout harder?
