How to stay awake for an all nighter?

I’m trying to fix my sleep schedule I keep going to bed at like 530 and I sleep till 3pm. So I’m trying to pull an all nighter tonight to reset that cycle.
Question is. How do I continuously stay awake until like 9pm later today (it’s 12:50am)… my fear is I’m going to fall asleep by like 6-7am and then sleeep until 4 or 5.
Also will this ruin my gym workout today?
