How to make it so leg days don’t ruin me completely??

19m work out on and off but recently getting really back into it and omg what did I do. This is gonna make me sound so unhealthy I did 2 sets of squats and my legs are fucked. Like still it hurt is bend them and they’re just tender in general and that was yesterday technically the day before actually cuz it’s 1am.

I like to finish my muscle workouts with cardio and I couldn’t even do that after doing my arms today because my LEGS ARE COMPLETELY FUCKED.
