How do I avoid future burnout as a high school junior?
Post Body

(Any advice will be appreciated)

So last semester I intensely burned out and literally reached a "new" low not in the bad sense but that's the best way I can describe it. I think it may be because I stretched myself out too thin. I am regaining my will and old sense of motivation to an extent. However, I do not want to relive the fall-winter of my junior year, it was traumatizing lol. I need to make a very strong comeback this spring. How do I avoid future burnouts, especially considering I will be doing a lot more stuff and there is a chance that I will burn out more and I am intensely scared of that?
