Why do all these self aspiration and help rhetoric tend to be a guide to self isolation?
Post Body

We all know the ā€œcut off people who donā€™t bring you good energyā€ ā€œprotect your peaceā€ and the newest one is ā€œdecenter menā€ to me seems like itā€™s just a way for people to self isolate and not learn how to confront issues and situations that are uncomfortable for people which leads to loneliness. I just find it so sad when I see people brag about having all this good energy around after they cut off a friend who they didnā€™t communicate to that they were annoying them on something or a partner who they didnā€™t even talk to about issues in their relationship. I feel like we should encourage people to deal with hard situations and learn how to overcome them instead of avoiding people.
