Is it a valid thought to not want to visit the USA because I might get shot?

I’m Filipino and I have a lot of cousins there. My last visit was in 2017. Ever since then I’ve lost interest to visit them because 1. I always feel like an inferior being around Americans 2. There have been more cases of school shootings/ crazy people who have guns who can just kill anyone they like (being Filipino, I feel like I’d be an easy target for them HAHA) 3. Racism

Don’t get me wrong, I miss so many things about the US and my cousins ofc, but I genuinely don’t feel like coming back because of those reasons. ✌🏽
