I have something to look forward to by having financial goals this year. Like my first year contributing 20% in my 401k, and $7k into a Roth IRA. Which also pushed me to start working OT during the week and picking up weekend shifts when possible.
Then there’s a girlfriend I’ve been dating. I’ve been spending time with her, which actually feels good. And I also got theme park tickets and passes to visit together.
There’s also a potential weight loss goal. The goal would be to walk/job 3 miles a day to lose 30 lbs. I did that from janurary to march and gained the weight back. Is it would basically be the same process and now kinda stinks to start over since I did it this year and remember it feeling long.
I also cleaned out my room. I search for stuff to throw away but I literally don’t have anything to throw away. I don’t have much. There’s stuff I’m trying to sell but no one is reaching out.
I just have this itch. I want to do something. But the finance stuff takes time. I don’t have a job that I can do at this moment like uber eats. I work at a hospital.
