Why do they CONSTANTLY shadow ban my new accounts?

I keep trying to make a second account and if I try and make a post it gets immediately site wide shadow banned. I’ve tried using different emails and it does nothing. I’ve tried appealing these bans and it does nothing.
Why is this happening? How can I fix it? Can I fix it?
