Is it a bad idea to take a shot before a job interview?
Post Body

I'm not a big drinker, I absolutely hate the taste of alcohol and only drink on social occasions, but I've been having job interviews without a single job offer because I get so nervous, I also have a stutter that gets 10x worse when I'm nervous so it seems like I don't know what the hell I'm talking about even though I do. I just can't say what I want to say, it's frustrating and I don't know what else to do.

Alcohol does calm my nerves and my stutter pretty much goes away entirely, I'm thinking taking a shot of vodka 15-30 minutes before an interview will relax me just enough to get over the anxiety while not making me tipsy or drunk. Is this a bad idea?
