My partner recently was diagnosed with BPD2 (she has had anxiety all her young adult life). When she feels constant anxiety at the end of the night, especially as we’re in bed about to sleep, what’s the best thing to reply to her when she’s tearing up saying she just wants to feel OK? Doesn’t happen often but once in a while I can see it and she tells me. It’s clear she’s tired and exhausted and i wish I could say the right thing to make her feel that much better in the moment- to keep fighting. I want her to know I’ll be with her thru all this.
Edit: yes she’s getting the treatment (both meds and therapy) but it’s rough working thru it all. From general life stress, to the recent BPD2 diagnosis. Just want to know what I can say/do as her partner
