What do I do if someone films my license plate?

I was in a 2 lane road, tried to pass some guy who was going 20 in a 40. As soon as I got in the right lane to pass him, he sped up and cut me off. I had to turn into a neighborhood so I didn’t crash into him.
I did a u-turn out of the neighborhood and drive back onto the road. He was parked on the side of the road about a mile ahead, and had his phone out the window. He recorded my license plate.
I didn’t do anything wrong, but I am worried now. What do I do? Can he do anything?
