I just turned 27 last week and have been working extra hard lately to save some money. The restaurant business is crazy right now. I have been saving my money for the last few months because for Christmas I wanted to donate to my local food bank. Any advice on what would put a smile on some people’s faces?
When I was younger, my dad had to go to a food bank for him, my brother and I and they gave us a small box of a few jars of expired peanut butter and crackers. The thought of that still happening disturbs me.
Any advice on what is and isn’t actually helpful will be greatly appreciated. I also would love to donate some things to the animal shelter as well.
