Single people, how do your clean your back during bath??

Obviously, I can’t reach up my hands fully all over the back. I do use soap/bodywash everyday but it still cannot clean up everything. You got to rub & remove the sweat and dirt 🤷♂️.
Also, i have long hairs and can’t clean up base of my back-neck cause I don’t like to get the hairs wet.
any suggestions are appreciated 🙈🙏.
