Does anyone have a boss that actually does work anymore?
Post Body

The last 13 years I’ve had three different jobs, one for 2 years, one for 6 years and my current one for about 5. Almost ALL of my bosses from these 3 jobs did everything in their power to not do any work ever and use any excuse they could to get out of work. Anyone that stood up to them or brought attention to this was generally fired, transferred or literally treated so badly (bullied) that they eventually left.

I’m just wondering if this is the norm in the workplace now or if I’m just really unlucky?
