Odd Kitchen Decisions
Post Body

This is a question I’ve had in my back pocket for a while.

Well over a decade ago I was invited along with my mom and dad to my dad’s boss’s house for a superbowl party. The house was just all white. And the part that still sticks out to me was that they had a fake display kitchen that did nothing and a real kitchen above the garage where food was actually prepared. My dad’s boss (and I presume his wife) are Syrian, and I don’t know if this is a cultural thing or if it’s just something that some (rich?) people have.
