Why is Vshred so Popular?

Over the last four years, a company called VShred has been repeatedly recommended to me, sometimes multiple times I week. By now, I've probably been told hundreds and hundreds of times about how awesome VShred is.
For those who don't know, VShred is a "fitness company" that "teaches" that diet and exercise don't work. I don't understand why this company is so acclaimed and beloved, but I get them recommended to me constantly, so they must be doing something right. What's the appeal?
