Why does my mouth feel over crowded?

19m feels like there’s too many teeth in here, had all my wisdom teeth for a while now but maybe they’re growing more? But the NHS doesn’t list mouth feels too full as a reason to get them removed so idk if that’s that. Maybe my tongue got fatter? Idk
