Do yall know of any good medications to take when flying that helps you sleep?

I’m flying to South Korea next Saturday and I need to sleep. lol I always go to South Korea and the flight is 15 hours long. Sometimes I sleep but most of the time I don’t. I tried Benadryl to sleep but I’m wondering if yall know of anything stronger?
