why is it okay/normalised for people to tell me to speak more or ask me why i'm so quiet but it's rude to ask someone why they talk so much?
Post Body

people are always asking me why i'm so quiet and shaming me for not talking much and i find that incredibly offensive. that's just how i am, i don't owe them any words. why can't they be comfortable with silence?
