I'm a tall woman on the skinnier side, weigh 150 I've put on muscle and was trying to do a bulk but my eating habits are horrible, wake up at 7:45 first meal of the day at 1pm being pop tarts horrible, heavy dinner at 7pm-8pm horrible, than snacks throughout the day.
I'm very much aware it's a hindrance, food just comes last to me in order of working out, job, hobbies etc.
Anyways I was thinking if I just stopped working out for a month and did a dirty bulk, the snacks I eat now, plus the healthy meals I manage throughout the week, add some protein shakes, would I gain weight.
I'm trying to gain at least 10 pounds (be at 160) so I can cut, then I'd be at maintenance level.
I don't really gain weight from my eating habits just with age/working out if that matters. I was 145 till I started working out.
