How do you talk about consent and boundaries without killing the vibe?
Post Body

I totally get that communication and consent are important, but has anyone else found that when the conversation turns into a checklist, like when someone starts listing all their ā€œdonā€™tsā€ right before things get heated, it kind of breaks the flow? I mean, who even says, ā€œDonā€™t spit in my face, donā€™t slap me, donā€™t pee on meā€ when you're just getting started?

It just feels like weā€™ve kind of lost the ability to read the room. Is there a way to talk about boundaries that doesnā€™t feel so... dry and formal? How do you keep things feeling natural and still make sure everyoneā€™s on the same page?

Would love to hear how others handle this, but also feel about this...
