What are the physical differences between the various “white” peoples?

Like is it easy to discern a German phenotype from a Spaniard, Italian, Pole, Norwegian and so on? What are the general differences in physical appearance? Like it’s easier for me to discern the differences in the various black peoples such as a Somalian or Sudanese. Though I will say that if I put an average black American next to an average Nigerian, it’s hard to tell the difference, assuming they don’t speak.
