If someone is wrongly convicted of murder, serves the sentence, gets acquitted then kills someone, would they get the full sentence for that murder, or time off from the wrong conviction?
Post Body

I know it seems daft to ask but I was watching a TV show where someone was sentanced to 25 years, served it, got acquitted towards the end of the sentance, got out, then killed the guy who set him up. I was just thinking would they get the full time or would it be taken into account he served 25 years wrongly
