it feels like the reality of soldiers being physically augmented (ocular implants, robotic limbs, enhanced hearing etc) could be seen in our lifetime or at least the near future beyond that. what happens to these guys after they’re discharged?

if it’s even physically possible to remove that stuff its probably not ethical. are they just gonna drop super humans into the population with a hover bus ticket?

the reality of life is that some people are good and some people are bad. some good people turn bad. what happens when a bad guy with camera eyes is standing behind you as you’re flashing your ID and swiping your credit card at the liquor store? or punches through your car window to steal your phone?

would you join the military if it meant free upgrades?
