Can a man improve his physical appearance at all? Has anyone here had a “glow up” in that way?

I just wonder if it’s even possible to do this at a certain point (well, to the extent that it’ll actually change anything). It seems like the two attributes that dictate womens physical attraction to men are probably height and dick size, and if you can’t change those, then I wonder if it’s pointless.
