How do I get my sleep schedule back on track?

I work 2nd shift normally. I took friday off to have a three day weekend. I normally get up at 11am, but friday I got up at like 1pm...I still felt really tired because of a medication I take called olanzapine which makes me feel sleepy during the day. anyway I took a long nap and napped until like 430p which I regret. now I can't sleep., its 359 am here.
