Why can most people sit cross legged and hold squats but I can’t?
Post Body

Guy here, even when I was pretty thin, I wasn’t able to sit with one leg over the other like how celebrities sit in talk show interviews, it feels really uncomfortable as it kinda strains my legs and it’s difficult to avoid squeezing the little leaguers. I also have a hard time holding a squat position for more than 10 seconds. Could this be due to mobility or flexibility issues? How do I improve this?
