Why is it bad to want to like the food you eat?
Post Body
I hear a lot of people online say, "food is fuel" or "you should eat to live not live to eat" whenever someone says they don't want to eat the same things every day to lose weight, meaning you should just shut up and eat bland food. I guess that is why I don't lose weight because I don't want to eat the same 2 or 3 meals for 688 weeks in order to lose weight. Life is too short to eat nasty food all the time
