Just had this happen tonight.

I'd come in like 2 minutes ago and the door rang and a pizza guy was there and he handed me two boxes of pizza and a bag with food in it. Now delivery people get my house and the neighbours house mixed up a lot so I asked if he was certain it's this house and he said yes so I was like OK and took it. I thought my brother had ordered it as I don't eat pizza.

Like 5 minutes later the neighbour comes to the door and asked if we had any food ordered and I said yes and went to fetch it. Bear in mind, it's still warm and I or anyone else never opened the box (it was in a loose brown cardboard pizza box not fastened or anything, just lift the lid) but the neighbour was like ".... Oh. 🫤 Next time just bring it straight round or tell them which house it is. I would eat this but people in my house won't eat it now as its been in someone else's house."

Then the pizza place came looking for my house and said that the neighbours complained that the food was cold and the box had been opened and it had been taken in by their neighbours so they won't eat it now. The pizza place had to remake the food after they'd already closed so they'd come to find out who took the food and what happened.
