If a woman wants to leave (but deep down wants to stay just wants you to show you really care about her) should you let her leave?
Post Body

We’re watching a Hallmark movie and the woman is trying to get on a bus to leave but the man chases her down and tells her not to leave and they can work it out so of course she decides to stay at the last minute.

I told my family this is so stupid cause if she likes him then It’s romantic but if she doesn’t like him he’s controlling/manipulating/not respecting her decision. To me if a woman plays this kind of game It’s immature and she’s not right for me.

I think the correct thing as a man would be to say ‘I love you and want you here, but if you truly want to leave I’ll respect your decision’. Is that the right thing to do or are you actually supposed to chase her down and confess your love to show you care/are romantic?
