So we were talking about me trying to eat healthier and I mentioned hummus and pita chips as a new snack for me and he laughs saying how bad it is for you ( he lives off of burgers and ice cream).
His older sister is very fit and super healthy eater like strict as hell.... and he shared a story ( probably embellishments. He is Assyrian and alot of them are profane bull shite artists lol).
Story was he was eating a burger at her house from Wendy's and she pinched off a tiny miniscule bite like a mouse. An hour later she came out crying about her stomach and how bad that food is.
I said wow seems like she was acting a bit no? And he acts like he knows everything and says " yeah if you eat super healthy even a tiny bite of fast food can make you sick like that.
I stuck with my story and said I feel like she was putting on a show to try and guide her lil bro away from the terrible fast food he consumes. He got super annoyed by me saying she was acting I think he idleolizes her since she is successful, in shape all good stuff and he is the opposite...
Tldr . Can one mouse size bite of fast food burger 🍔 make a super healthy dieter feel super sick and groan about a stomach ache?
