Can we train a child to associate sad music with happy music and vice versa?
Post Body

Does the emotion certain songs invoke "inherently hard-coded" into our gene, making our response to those beats essentially instinctual, or is it through cultural association? (like someone yelp "HELPPPPP!" will invoke different reaction depending on if that particular person know English or not?

Similarly, say, if I raise a child and let them watch a bunch of Disney movies in their childhood, but simply switching the sad ost with the happy ost and vice versa, would most sad songs that make others cry now invoke a sense of joy for that child?
