Is it safe to heat/use a metal mug with a metal handle (fully stainless steel) using induction cooker/stove to make hot/boiling water?

My water heater broke, and I tested that my stainless steel mug (700ml) works and can receive the magnetic induction heating. I didn't leave it to boil because I'm scared. Because microwave metal with weird edges is bad , is it also bad for induction? Or different because this is magnet not microwave electromagnetic wave?
