Why do I get judged so harshly for my financial decisions?
Post Body

I almost have a 720 credit score. I have no debt, I pay all my bills early, I have a savings plan, I'm almost done with my two year degree and I have no college debt. I paid for my college. I also own my vehicle.

Yet, I'm constantly judged as I'm apparently not making enough and that I don't get to spend money on a trip or event or even basic needs. I'm considered terrible if say buying something I need that realistically could live without because that's a stupid poor person decision.

I not sure why I'm judged so harshly when I don't have any debt and responsible. I literally got chewed out by my niaghbor for buying something I needed.

When I was a kid my parents never could afford to buy me new school clothes. During covid I lost my job and had to accept a downgrade job where I couldn't afford to even buy food for week. So I know what it's like to not eat for a week.

I'm making way more money than I was before.

Yet, even now I'm still trash, but why?
