So Brotato released their first DLC a few weeks ago. I'm loving every aspect of the game and genuinely: every single character makes the game a whole new experience.
But this got me thinking: how do you actually balance a game with around 60 characters with unique traits, around 170 unique items and on top of that a butt load of weapons with synergies?
There are quite literally millions of different combinations, even in the early days of the game. But stuff got buffed/nerfed and some items even got a complete overhaul.
How does one make this with so many possible combinations of playing a game?
