What’s with the massive uptick of YouTube videos of Dead malls, factories, offices, and neighborhoods being taken over by warehouses these days?
Post Body

Are YouTube “journalists” or interns trying to get a message out of the world issues and bad public and corporate policy that are leading to massive urban decay especially post covid. massive online shopping companies also changed the landscape a lot over the years. It’s interesting because real estate while it’s slowing down it’s still very scarce and pricy.

Apparently, they are pushing their contents to be recommended to social media users as some type of social activism to bring the world to see what the mainstream media overlooks.

It’s also interesting why they are buying up residential neighborhoods and rezoned them to industrial if that’s what happened and likely bribing residents three times thier house worth for thier home. While large shopping malls sat to decay being a causality to the online shopping trend.
