So I can think of three cases where some poor person was cooked to death in an industrial oven or steamer. When this happens do they get a new oven? It seems that, given the self sterilizing nature of the device, there wouldn’t be any biological concerns. So the only reason to get rid of the device would be decorum. Now is a hospital or mega corporation going to spend tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars replacing the cooking device for the sake of decorum?
I am legitimately curious about this. Even if you don’t know but have a suggestion as to how to find out I am open.
Thanks!
